non electric grass pitch 

Children £2.50 per child/per night (Under 16)

6 Electric hook up pitches are available at an additional £3 per pitch per night.

Please note - bank holiday weekends are minimum 3 nights stay. 

pitch sizes- our pitch sizes are a generous 12m x 12m. if your tent set up and vehicle will not fit within this pitch size please request an extra large pitch on booking. an additional fee may apply for extra large pitches during busier periods such as school holidays and bank holiday weekends as space is at a premium, but otherwise we will do our best to accommodate you.

visitors- visitors to you whilst you are staying at our site are an additional cost to us. visitors are only permitted with our prior permission and may incur charges depending on numbers. 

private hire- we do offer private hire of our campsite for family and friends to camp together exclusively, please get in touch with your particular requirements. to give you a guide we charge £450 for 2 nights private hire (term time only and excluding bank holiday weekends). included in the price you get exclusive use of the campsite and all it's facilities, we provide you with a large firepit, kindling and 2 bags of logs, plus a late check out of 4pm on your departure day. please note- this does not mean private hire to hold your own event and erect a marquee etc, it is for a private hire group camping stay only and the campsites rules and restrictions are still applicable during private hire. 

Arrivals - no arrivals before 1pm and no later than 9pm - (unless otherwise agreed with owner)

Departures - strict departure by 12.0o midday

what we would like from you

we work hard to keep the site running smoothly and to a high standard. we want your stay with us to be enjoyable and safe so we kindly ask you to carefully read and respect the campsite rules and restrictions below. we closely monitor that these rules are being adhered to, and reserve the right to ask any parties who decide not to follow them to leave our site.We encourage families and children to play together, have lots of fun, make friends and enjoy the freedom of camping, but we also expect children to be supervised and for all to be respectful to the sites facilities.

campsite ​Rules & Restrictions

  • Sorry but we are a no dog site (exceptions made for assistance dogs only).

  • Full payment to be made on arrival in cash or Bank transfer.

  • the person booking the stay is responsible for the behaviour of all members of the party whilst on the Site.

  • Any wilful damage to the site or anti-social threatening behaviour will result in you being asked to immediately leave the Site.

  • Please do not allow children to play in the shower, toilet and utility areas.

  • To respect the enjoyment of others, we ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum after 10.30pm. No music, loud tv's or radios are allowed to be played on site after 10.30pm. Noise travels at night especially when under canvas!

  • Firepits and bbqs are allowed-both must be raised off ground and placed on bricks, or suitable heat proof surface, so not to burn the grass.

  • all fire pits to be extinguished by 11pm.

  • Site Owners will risk assess conditions for lighting fires on a daily basis and can refuse use of BBqs or fire pits if it is deemed unsafe (i.e. due to extreme dry hot periods or windy weather)

  • campers using fire pits are responsible for bringing a bucket and must have it filled with water next to their pitch.

  • tents/units to be sited with a 5-6 metre gap between neighbouring tent/unit in order to meet fire safety regulations.

  • The site owners accept no responsibility for any damage or theft of customers personal belongings, bicycles and vehicles. we would recommend locking vehicles and bicycles at all times.

  • the play equipment is unsupervised and has been provided for the enjoyment of children under 12yrs. it requires adult supervision at all times.

  • All litter is to be disposed of appropriately in the bins provided or taken home with you. please recycle as much as possible.

  • No hot ash in bins -an ash bin is provided for all disposable BBqs, coals and ash.

 

 

We are sorry the list of rules may seem long but it is purely to try and ensure that everyone has pleasant and safe stay at our campsite.
